b. Confirm the location and way of alignment of the power or other control wires of the laminar flow hood in the support frame. Lift the outer box of the laminar flow hood and place it in the support frame, and after using bolts or other means to securely connect the box, it is recommended that the gap between the box and the support frame be filled with a sealant.
c. As the space occupied by the high-efficiency filter and air box is large, before installation, it is necessary to ensure that other installation work inside the laminar flow hood box has been completed, otherwise the operation space inside the laminar flow hood box will be restricted after the installation of the filter and air box, and the installation of other internal work cannot be completed well.
d. High-efficiency filter media is easy to break, so the handling, unpacking, and installation process shall not fall or collide with the filter, and it is strictly prohibited for the operator's fingers or other objects to touch the filter media, so as not to cause leakage of high-efficiency filter.
e. Before installation of a high-efficiency filter, the box should be cleaned and pre-blowing treatment to avoid dust contamination of the high-efficiency filter and reduce the service life.
f. Side mounted laminar flow hood installation side should ensure 900mm of barrier-free installation space to ensure a smooth installation.
g. After the installation of the clean laminar flow hood is completed, a technician is required to perform operational debugging, which generally includes: fan switching and debugging, wind speed debugging and confirmation, touch screen use, alarm device, emergency stop button, light switch, equipment permission test and other normal operation to ensure that each function is normal before the equipment is delivered.
