What is lab trolley?

The lab trolley is a kind of laboratory furniture. Laboratory trolleys are typically made of high-quality stainless steel 304. When used in a laboratory environment, stainless steel is not susceptible to corrosion, pitting, rusting, or wear problems. As one of the strongest construction metals, stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, which allows structural components to remain permanently engineered for integrity. Chromium-containing stainless steel also combines mechanical strength and high elongation, making it easy to fabricate parts and meet the needs of designers.

Austenitic stainless steel contains more than 18% chromium and contains about 8% of the package and a small amount of uranium, titanium, ammonia, and other elements. These elements make it have a good overall performance to withstand a variety of media corrosion. These steels contain large amounts of Ni and Cr, making them austenitic at air temperature. They have good plasticity, toughness, weldability, and corrosion resistance. They also have good corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing media and are used to make acid-resistant equipment, such as corrosion-resistant vessel and equipment linings, transmission pipelines, nitric acid-resistant equipment parts, etc. Austenitic stainless steels are generally solid solution treated, i.e., the steel is heated to 1050 to 1150 and then water-cooled to obtain a single-phase austenite organization.

Some stainless-steel surfaces are highly reflective or lusterless; some are glossy, polished, or embossed; some are tinted, colored, plated, or etched with patterns on the stainless-steel surface; some can also be brushed to meet the various requirements of designers for appearance. Maintaining the surface condition is relatively easy and only requires occasional rinsing to remove dust. Due to the good corrosion resistance, it can also be easily removed from the surface of the writing contamination or similar other surface contamination.
