The specific working principle of the bottle washing machine is as follows,
In the bottle washing machine, the unpacked bottles are transported to the bottle feeding screw through the conveying mesh belt, and then divided into a series of star-shaped and navigated, and the bottles are transferred to the descending bottle seal, during which the bottles are filled one by one at the filling table, and the descending bottle seal is driven down by the bottle-holding table, under the impetus of the super washing screw, the bottles are passed through the ultrasonic excitation area in turn, and then driven by the bottle-holding table at the ascending bottle seal. Then the bottle will be driven by the rising bottle sealing table, and the bottle neck will be caught by the bottle clamping machine, and the bottle clamping machine will turn the bottle upside down under the driving of the big turntable, and enter into the bottle washing process which is arranged in a circle.

Composition of bottle washer

Circulation system
400-500 liters per minute circulation pump provides extremely high cleaning capacity.
Has standard spray arms for upper and lower layers.
Purified water feed system to inject fresh, clean purified water prior to each cycle. The system is directly connected to hot water, cold water or purified water pipes. A circulation speed sensor ensures that the pump is running at the correct speed. If an obstruction is detected, the pump will be shut down before it overheats to prevent damage to the machine.

Heating system
The total heating power is 4KW-5KW watts, no matter how many degrees the incoming water temperature is, it can ensure that the appropriate washing and rinsing temperature can be reached quickly.
The temperature of the purified water for washing and rinsing can be adjusted to a maximum of 93℃.

Cleaning system
The built-in imported cleaning agent is dispensed with the corresponding dose through the peristaltic pump, and the glassware is cleaned through the cleaning system.
The liquid acid neutralizer can be dosed using the built-in pump. The neutralization step helps to ensure the removal of all residual cleaning agents.

Filtration System
The four-stage effluent filtration system protects internal components by utilizing surface, coarse, finer and fine filters to prevent debris from entering the recirculation during the cleaning process.
A mesh filter in the inlet pipe provides additional protection.

Drying system
Independent air heater with high-efficiency circulation fan to improve the drying efficiency of the vessels. The drying temperature of 40~90℃ can be controlled.
Adopt a HEPA high-efficiency air filter to ensure the cleanliness of the air entering the drying system and avoid the secondary contamination of the vessels by air.
Laboratory bottle washer drying hot air through the nozzles of the top and bottom spray arms as well as the nozzles of the cleaning column to ensure rapid drying of glassware inside and outside.

Types of bottle washer

Crawler bottle washer

Crawler bottle washing machine adopts the gap movement of the crawler, and there are two pairs of pneumatic manipulators in front and back to load and unload the glass bottles so that the glass bottles are always facing down in each station of washing. Cleaning solution for bottle washer

Industrial concentrated hydrochloric acid
Technically concentrated hydrochloric acid is produced by burning chlorine gas in hydrogen gas in a preservative-treated cylinder to produce hydrogen chloride, which is then passed into water. Industrial concentrated hydrochloric acid can remove scale and some inorganic salt precipitation.

30% nitric acid solution
Mostly used for washing micro-dropper and carbon dioxide meter.

5% oxalic acid solution
Acidified with several drops of sulfuric acid, can effectively remove potassium permanganate residue.

5-10% trisodium phosphate (Na3PO4- 12H2O) solution
Can effectively wash oil stains.

Sodium hydroxide solution containing potassium permanganate and ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide
These two strong alkaline washing solutions can effectively remove dirt from the inner walls of glassware. However, because of the strong erosive nature of glassware, care should be taken to control the washing time should not be too long.

5% to 10% disodium EDTA (EDTANa2) solution
The solution is heated and boiled and used to clean the white precipitates on the inner wall of glass instruments.

Urea detergent solution
Urea washing solution is a good solvent for protein, mostly used for washing residual protein glassware.

Organic solvents
Common organic solvents such as xylene can clean paint, ethanol can clean grease, and fat-soluble statins.

Chromic acid washing solution
Add 100mL of concentrated sulfuric acid to the beaker and slowly add 5g of potassium dichromate powder while heating the beaker, stirring continuously during the addition. After all the potassium dichromate powder is dissolved and cooled, a chromic acid washing solution is produced. This washing solution can effectively remove oil, handprints, and other dirt.

Precautions for using bottle washer

When using the glass bottle washer, do not let the water pipe touch chemical reagents or other hot objects. Only suitable utensils should be put into the bottle washer for cleaning. Do not use any other kind of solvent in the bottle washing machine. Do not open the door while the machine is running, hot steam may cause injury to personnel. The power must be turned off and the water inlet valve closed during maintenance or long periods of non-use. To avoid danger, replace the power cord by the manufacturer's professional technicians.

How to clean bottle washer?

Before cleaning the bottle washer, make sure to cut off the power supply, otherwise there are certain safety hazards. When cleaning the exterior of the instrument or rubber parts, use a soft cloth to wipe, and avoid using products with abrasives or solvents. The filter can effectively separate water and solids to prevent the water circulation system from being damaged. It is recommended to remove the filter after the glassware is cleaned, pour off the solids, and rinse it with tap water. After the instrument has been cleaned, disconnect the water source and open the bin door for ventilation to avoid moisture or odors inside the instrument.

How to maintain bottle washer?

When transporting or moving the glass bottle washer, keep it horizontal and avoid excessive tilting or being bumped. To ensure the normal operation of the instrument, please check and replace the parts that rotate frequently, such as hoses, peristaltic pumps, circulation pumps, etc. regularly. If the instrument is not used for a long time, it is recommended to run the "Quick Clean" program once every half month to thoroughly clean the pipeline and internal cavity. After the program, please cut off the power, close the water inlet valve, and open the door to dry the cleaning compartment.
