What is homogenizer?

a. Check all solid parts and piping for reliability. Fill the clean mechanical oil level line to the power box. In general, HJ40 mechanical oil is used, and HJ50 mechanical oil should be used for work in high-temperature places. Check the pulley steering (face the big pulley counterclockwise rotation), the reverse rotation is strictly prohibited during the work. Turn the adjusting handle to the relaxed position. Turn on the cooling water.

b. When starting, it should be gradually adjusted to the required pressure to avoid sudden pressure changes causing shocks. To ensure product quality the material liquid coming out of the starting stage should be returned to the material cylinder and sent out when the pressure is stable. If the pressure gauge jumps violently or the pressure does not go up, the screw of the air release device should be loosened until no bubble overflows and the screw is tightened. The user of material liquid should be filtered through the strainer in advance to avoid the debris of material liquid blocking the pipeline or jamming the valve, which will affect the normal work of the machine.

c. When stopping the machine, the homogeneous regulating handle should be rotated loosely to remove the pressure, and the valve on the feed pipe should be closed when the machine stops. The machine stops use, the pump body should be cleaned internally, cleaned with 1% caustic soda water solution, and replaced with 80-90 ℃ clean hot water cycle for 5-10 minutes, the same cleaning and disinfection treatment should be carried out before each use.
