What is the industrial centrifuge?

The definition of industrial centrifuge
The industrial centrifuge is a branch of centrifugal machine, it makes use of centrifugal force to separate liquid and solid particle, and the mix ingredients from different fluid. The caution of using industrial centrifuge

1. The fluid material requires a pretreatment so that operator can reduce the operating quantity. You should mix up the materials to enhanced liquidity.
2. Keep the industrial centrifuge in balance.
3. Operator should control the pressure and the speed when operator put the materials into the industrial centrifuge.
4. The centrifuge cover must be closed when the device is in the pro-cooling state. The centrifugal machine must be tightening before using because the rotate speed is very high and that might be cause accidents if it has a problem or malfunction.
5. After tightening the rotary cover, operator should check whether there is a gap between the rotary head and the rotary cover. If there is a gap, unscrew it and tighten it again until it is confirmed that there is no gap before starting the centrifuge.
6. In the centrifuge process, the operator shall not leave the centrifuge room, once abnormal situation occurs, the operator can not turn off the POWER, to press STOP.
7. Do not use the fake, inferior, aging, deformed or cracked centrifugal pipe.
8. Operators should carefully read the instructions and procedures to use the industrial centrifuge.

How to prevent/slow down the corrosion of industrial centrifuge?

It is a troublesome thing that the industrial centrifuge is corroded when used for a long time in chemical raw materials. Here are some ways to prevent or slow down the corrosion of industrial centrifuge:

1. Choose the correct material of industrial centrifuge. It is very important for this step because different materials and separation requirements, need to choose different models. We need to determine which kind of industrial centrifuge to use according to the corrosion resistance of different materials in different environments, the rational characteristics of the comprehensive, cost-effective and many other factors. So we can prevent corrosion at the source.

2. Considerate the structure design of industrial centrifuge. A good design can prolong the service life of the machine and ensure the safety of the equipment. The most likely to occur corrosion is the gap position.

3. Surface protection measures for industrial centrifuges. A basic idea of corrosion control is to isolate the corrosive environment. We can use the way of surface treatment, such as flange, zinc plating, chromium plating, chemical plating to isolate the corrosive environment.

4. Use corrosion inhibitors. It is the most common way to prevent or slow down the corrosion of industrial centrifuge.
